This clinic is located on the corner of Jefferson Pike and Hwy 231N. It is the first room on the far left of the school building. Parking is provided in front of the clinic. |
This clinic is located on Fortress Blvd. which is off of Hwy 96 towards Franklin. . The school is located on the right before you get to Blaze Drive. Please park in the front parking lot where there are spots reserved for clinic patients. The clinic is on the left side of the building in the first portable. |
Take I-24 W from M'boro toward
Nashville. Take exit #66 - Sam Ridley Pkwy. toward Smyrna. Keep left at
the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto TN-266 W which becomes Sam Ridley
Pkwy. Take a left on Blair Rd. when Sam Ridley ends. Take another left
on Rock Springs Rd. when Blair Rd. ends. School is on the right. The
clinic is located in the front office area.
