What is the Get RutherFit Program?
  The Get RutherFIT Program is Rutherford County's employee wellness program. The program is designed to encourage employees to achieve a healthy and physically fit lifestyle.  families become good health care consumers and adopt healthier lifestyles. A healthier lifestyle should help you enjoy a productive and fulfilling life.

Who can participate in the Get RutherFit Program?
  All County employees may participate in the County's Wellness Program. Employees that are enrolled in the County's health plan are also eligible for incentives be offered by CareHere, our on-site medical provider.

CareHere Onsite Medical Services
 
Rutherford County employees, dependents, and retirees now have access to on-site health care clinics. CareHere, an on-site health care provider, is dedicated to providing quality service to eligible members.

Each employee and spouse covered by the Rutherford County Health Insurance Plan is eligible for an annual health risk assessment (HRA) free of charge at one of the CareHere clinics.

If you choose to have an annual HRA conducted, not only will you receive expert advice on your health, you will also be eligible for a monthly cash prize.
