Motion to leave as an R10 zone with a conditional use permit, leaving conditions provided by Planning staff, that the

conditional use would lapse if the property were sold, that a burm be included as a screen, that no cars would be parked nor

should they back out on the highwy, that the parking lot be paved and curbed as weather allows, and to remove the 30 foot

right of way requirement.
