1.         Amendment to Conditional Use Permit Request 08-A027: Prentiss Holt, located on Rucker Road; Existing Zoning – R-15 with a CUP for a Planned Residential Development; Amendment to Conditional Use Permit is to change the proposed house size from 1,500 square feet and up to a range of 1,200-2,500 square feet.  Size of the site is approximately 140.8 acres.

2.         Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit Request 08-A032: Rick and Malina Wigginton, located at 6817 Lebanon Pike; Existing Zoning – R-15; Proposed Zoning – Services; Conditional Use Permit is for a Restaurant.  Size of the site is approximately 0.66 acre.

2.             Conditional Use Permit Request 08-A033: Guy and Amy Dearmon, located at 4111 Barfield Crescent Road; Existing Zoning – R-15; Conditional Use Permit is for a Sign Installation Business. Size of the site is approximately 25.9 acres.

3.             Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit Request 08-A034: Carolina Gallentine, located at 6008 Baker Road; Existing Zoning – R-15; Proposed Zoning – Recreational Commercial (C-3); Conditional Use Permit is for a Basketball Training Facility/ Performance Center.  Size of the site is approximately 4.67 acres

4.            Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit Request 08-A035: Eldon Bishop, located at 9033 Shelbyville Highway; Existing Zoning – Wholesale & Retail Trade; Proposed Zoning – Industrial; Conditional Use Permit for a Light Industrial Assembly Line. Size of the site is approximately 1 acre.
